- Lead cross-functional project planning: define scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
- Coordinate engineering, product, QA, and stakeholder communication to remove blockers and keep delivery predictable.
- Manage risks and trade-offs with data-driven decisions and contingency plans.
- Ensure engineering discipline through clear acceptance criteria, quality gates, and release practices.
- Facilitate retrospectives and process improvements that raise team velocity and reliability over time.
